Spider gear bearings
Each spider gear has loose needle bearings (16 total), just like the T-90 transmission countershaft. Two rows of 8 needles separated by a spacer washer, and capped by thrust washers on each end.
Spilling the needles into a magnetic parts cup helps a lot. The needles will magnetize enough to hold them selves in place w/in the gear.
Just gotta grease 'em up good, and manually slide each needle in place.
